Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how donation or support requests can be cancelled before processing.
Donation cancellation
- If a donation has not yet been captured or settled, we will try to cancel it on request.
- Once a donation has been successfully processed, cancellation may not be possible and a refund request may be required instead.
Volunteer or event registration
- Registrations can be cancelled by contacting us before the relevant event or onboarding step begins.
Support requests
- If you submitted a support request in error, contact us as soon as possible so we can stop the process if it has not already been actioned.
