When refunds may be considered
- Duplicate donations.
- Wrong amount entered by mistake.
- Failed donation that was charged by error.
Request window
- Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction for review.
- Share the transaction reference, date, amount, and your contact details.
Processing
- Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible.
- Gateway and bank timelines may apply after approval.
Non-refundable cases
- Completed donations that have already been allocated or spent for beneficiary support may not be refundable unless required by law.
