Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled fairly and case by case.

When refunds may be considered

  • Duplicate donations.
  • Wrong amount entered by mistake.
  • Failed donation that was charged by error.

Request window

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction for review.
  • Share the transaction reference, date, amount, and your contact details.

Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible.
  • Gateway and bank timelines may apply after approval.

Non-refundable cases

  • Completed donations that have already been allocated or spent for beneficiary support may not be refundable unless required by law.
