Shipping and Exchange Policy

1. No physical product shipping

Jeevan Sahay Trust is a charitable donation platform. Donations made through this website are not purchases of physical goods. Therefore, standard product shipping, delivery charges, cash-on-delivery, return pickup, and courier tracking do not apply.

2. Digital delivery

After a successful online donation, donors may receive digital communication such as payment confirmation, donation receipt, campaign update, birthday celebration proof, impact report, or support response through email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone, or donor account features where available.

3. Receipt delivery timelines

  • Payment confirmation is usually displayed after successful payment verification.
  • Donation receipts are sent after successful payment reconciliation and receipt generation.
  • Receipt corrections may take additional time if donor details, PAN, email, or payment references need review.

4. Birthday celebration proof

For sponsored birthday celebration donations, celebration photos, videos, or updates are shared after the activity is completed. Typical delivery is within 7 to 14 days, subject to field scheduling, permissions, beneficiary privacy, internet availability, and operational conditions.

5. Exchange policy

Since donations are charitable contributions and not physical product purchases, an exchange policy does not apply. If you selected the wrong package, campaign, or amount, contact us as soon as possible. We may review whether the donation can be redirected, corrected, or refunded under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Incorrect contact details

If you entered an incorrect email or phone number, contact us with your payment details so we can verify the donation and resend eligible digital communication.
